It's comments like this, which are unhelpful, that will ruin this as a useful community site. I, for one, am pleased to have these useful numbers. Thanks, John.

I wish to congratulate one of our PCSOs for the Carholme Ward area.
His name is Peter Davies who has been a PCSO for sometime.
His award was for "outstanding contribution for community service and for public safety."
This award came from the Lincolnshire Police Authority.
Can the police constables living on the Long Leys Road area beat that for services rendered/given!

I'm sure any police constables would be far too modest to want to brag about any 'awards'.
Perhaps they'd just rather get on with the job and earning the Queens Shilling!

The award was given by the Chief Constable for Lincolnshire.
Pete was chosen for the award in competition with others officers serving in the county of Lincolnshire.
It is a shame that PCs have to worked very hard for the Queens Shilling.
It is shocking too that their superior officers are getting huge bonuses in cracking the whip making sure PCs do what they are told to do in meeting so called government target figures, even the complicated and time consuming paper work involved for every arrest made.
No wonder the tax payer is having to pay through the nose council tax increases to pay for these bonuses.
Value for money!
