I'm sure the local policing team will be updating soon but I have received information today that 2 vehicles were broken into overnight on the St Georges side and small items stolen. A vehicle was also stolen from St Georges and left on a driveway off Mitchell Drive. A car nearby was then broken into and items stolen. If you lock your car and don't leave items on show chances are you car will be left alone. Please report anything suspicious. If it makes you suspicious then ring 999 if in progress. If not then 0300 111 0300. The call won't even cost you a penny. Let's get a grip of this before there are more crimes in our relatively crime free area.

Thanks Rob- you have said most of it but there were 3 cars broken into two of which were insecure, small items were stolen that were left on display, please be vigilant and report anything you consider suspicious or out of place also please lock your vehicles and make sure there are no items on display. It only takes minutes to reach into a car and grab whatever is on show.
