Over the last week there have been a number of theft's from motor vehicles in and around Lincoln, I would like to remind residents to be vigilant with the security of their motor vehicles after a sat nav's and a handbag were stolen

Please follow the simple crime prevention advice and Don't become a victim-
Always lock your vehicle
Never leave the keys in the ignition, for example when paying for petrol
Hide car documents and keys when at home
Use a car alarm or immobiliser
Park in well lit, secure areas wherever possible
Don't leave anything on show
