The new Royal Air Force un-manned aircraft has caused quite a stir since being tested and awaiting to become fully operational in the United Kingdom.
The aircraft called The Reaper has been flown already and used in Afghanistan by the American Air force.
Squadron Leader Richard Sanderson will be giving the next aviation talk about this unique aircraft and its capabilities.
Richard is currently serving with the RAF in the county of Lincolnshire. He has flown 5000 hours on various aircraft and is presently serving as No 2 desk officer at RAF Waddington.
The lecture will be held on Wednesday, 22nd October, beginning at 7.30 pm in the WW2 gymnasium at the Metheringham Airfield Centre, near Lincoln.
This has been organised by the Friends of Metheringham Airfield where former RAF Metheringham was the wartime home of 106 Squadron.
Admission for visitors is £4.00 which includes refreshments but is free to members and those of 106 Squadron.
