Can anyone tell me who I report a faulty street light to? Surprise surprise the council don't want to know about it?

I reported the last lot to both David Wilson and Persimmon separately.
Wilsons is:
bkelliher@dwh.co.uk tel: 0115 9007550 ext 232 and ask for Bridget.
Persimmon is:
'sue.wilcox@persimmonhomes.com'
Be nice - it works better. I gave the exact location of each lamp by email making it easier for them to take action.
The man rang me from the cherry picker to say that there was no electricity supply to the one furthest in on Madden Close and that one of those on the "cycle path" from Long Leys to Carram Way had been vandalised and he didn't have the parts.
