... these works are due to commence on 13th of July and continue until all works are complete to the satisfaction of the council, our contractor Minster paving will be on site from that date, letters have been sent to the residents informing them of this.

Since cl12 you only posted yesterday so may not have this letter and I'm not sure where you live, I have asked for confirmation that works are taking place on both the Benbow and Dorrigan parts of the estate. I spoke to Mark Taylor and the council issue was re. a Health and Safety glitch however that doesn't mean it won't happen. Mark will be on site for a pre-start meeting on Monday but not a lot will happen that day but he wants to assure people that they will not be working in bits and bobs and they will not be pulling out until it's all done. It is up to the contractor where they start but it is likely to be just one road at a time - Madden/Dorrigan or Benbow/Fulmen end. He is well aware how let down residents have been in the past but all looks good now.
