A representative from Persimmons is attending the AGM so whether you're front or Benbow way, will be a chance to get info from the horse's mouth. I suspect it will be good news or they would not have offered! Perhaps there will be explanation for delays so far. If anyone can offer lifts can they post so that people can PM. I noted Tudor was already asking.
Should also be a PCSO rep and local councillors have also been invited.
Reminder - is 7.15 Thursday 5th Feb, access via the rear entrance of the COUNTY offices.deb

The AGM has NOT been cancelled. There have been no calls from LCC at this time to do so so our assumption is that the building will be staffed. Neither has there been a call from Persimmons to say they are not attending. If anything changes I will post here up to 6.30pm

See there were no rush of offers of lifts to the meeting from "anyone" then and don't suppose, for a moment, the poor bus service to the estate was mentioned either

Actually I did offer - should be in your PM Inbox. However we needed to finish at 9pm so that may not have been brought up. You need to take this up with the bus company. Unfortunately they service our route AND do school runs but cannot do both at the same time hence big gaps of poor service. Ask them or give the driver a letter to pass on asking how a better service can be achieved. If they say subsidy the council can be approached but if they simply do not own sufficient buses to fulfill residents and pupils then it may be a full stop. I've no idea if Stagecoach would want or would be allowed to service the same/similar route but again you can ask. Without info there is no where to move forward to
