2 Carram Way is up for rent, mind it is £825 per month,

I guess thats what you have to pay for such nice neighbours !!!!

It's with Hodgson Elkington, speak to them nice and I'm sure they would drop the rent to £824.

No 6 Mitchell Drive is up for sale or to be rented. A four bedroom house.

I believe the estate agent is Haart. The house is showing two signs, one for sale, and the other for rental.
Also in the same street nearby there is a three bedroom up for sale with the same estate agent. But no rental sign with it though.
