*Good result- After a spate of rubbish bin trawling in the West End, two individuals were reported under Sec 60 of the Environmental Protection Act. On the day they were to appear in court they failed to turn up and were found GUILTY in their absence. They were given fines which totalled £640 each.......Pcso Waldren
