You should soon have a consultation document on teh local Community Travel Zone drop onto your doormat.

Please do not ignore this - your response is important if we are to get money spent on improving the facilities in this area.

There are four items on the consultation document which relate to the Long Leys area. Lettered C,F,G,H

C is further traffic calming on Long Leys Road and pedestrian/cycle crossings
F is Higson Road steps - which we have just heard are to be upgraded in the new year.
G is the footpath from Albion Crescent to Burton Road roundabout
H is the footpaths in or adjacent to Whittons Park.

Please return you form with your preference for these improvements. The more people want a particular scheme to go ahead the more likely it is that it will happen.
