"This is a message from the Carholme Neighbourhood Policing Team. Please be aware that between the hours of 08:15 and 09:20 on Friday 12th December 2008 there was a burglary at an address on Oakleigh Terrace off Long Leys Road. Various items were taken from within including a Satnav, Playstation Console and some games. If anyone has any information relating to this crime, or has seen any suspicious people or vehicles around the area, please contact the Carholme Neighbourhood Policing Team on 01522 885382"

There have been several burglaries on the other side of the Common over the last couple of weeks - this is the 1st I'm aware of over this side.
