The Conservative ruling group governing Lincoln City Council met this week to approve who runs what and whom.
The new leader is councillor Darren Grice.
There are 8 portfolio holders.
Each have all given outline plans for the next two years concerning the city of Lincoln.
These were published in the Lincolnshire Echo today, 21st May.
What is interesting is that the Conservatives have announced that each council ward is to have their own "super deluxe" playground, fitted with the latest playground equipment.
This is due to £247,000 coming from the Big Lottery Fund.
It is not sure where the play area is going to be sited in the Carholme Ward for children to use or how this money will be distributed amongst the wards or even what type of equipment will be installed.
Now will some of this money go towards upgrading Whittons Park or could a part be spent on one of the open spaces on St Georges Park.
Residents now need to find out!
