Hello all

I was wondering if anyone could help me. I have recently purchased a new hose for my Mira Sport electric shower (which I presume is a standard fit for a lot of the properties on this estate) as the other had a hole in it.

However, when I came to fit it, it screwed into the shower itself ok but the other end would not fit onto the head. Any reasons for this? I presumed that these were all standard fit and size?
