Hello all
My husband and I have been in the Will Writing profession for several years now, however, we are just in the process of setting up on our own and are looking to attract new clients.
Below is a list of questions to check to see if you need a Will. If you answer 'Yes' to any of the questions please do contact us by either sending me a message through this forum or by emailing me at info@willwriters.net.

LIST OF QUESTIONS
Who will look after my children?
Am I sure my children will inherit? (usually in a Will in the first instance the estate will pass to partner/spouse. Thats fine. But what happens if the surviving partner/spouse meets someone else, and again, in the first instance leaves their estate to them? This could mean that somebody, who you likely don't even know, can make it that your child recieves nothing from all your hard work.)
Who will look after my estate?
Who will my estate go to?
Can I reduce a possible Inheritnace Tax burden?
Can I protect my property should I need to go into a Nursing Home?
What about my healthcare needs?
Who will look after my affairs should I lose physical or mental capacity to do so?
Can I protect my house from being sold if I am declared bankrupt?
