Only about 10% of the Village use this forum so I'm not sure how good the forum is for guaging public support for Community Action. I think you have to go out and canvass people.
It helps if there's more than one person organising and canvassing support because it take a long time to go round the whole village. Perhaps you could send out a flier or put your idea into the Residents' association report?
What would the Community Action involve?
