Dear all,
I have had a brief reply from Persimmon about the roads, footpaths & drains. They have completed their inspection of the roads & footpaths, but have still to do the CCTV check on the drains. Once this has been done, they can invite their contractors to tender for the work. This should take place within a couple of weeks.
I have asked them if it will be one contract for the whole lot. If not, I've asked them what the timetable is for the roads and footpaths.
Will post again when I hear back.
