what has happened. as the date is 1/2 a day out and also the date wrong

i would like to know how many times a water board van or one of its workers have driven over the burst pipe in long leys road lol
it has been leaking now for aprox3 weeks

I have replaced the bus timetable in the shelter with highlighted and laminted sheets more times than I care to count within the last month. Once upon a time road sweepers were once employed by Lincoln City Council and each had tasks to do when sweeping the roads. They made a good job in sweeping the gutters and people recognised them in their yellow tabards, brooms and the carts they pushed around.
