Just thought id offer a local Discount to all the St Georges Estate Community!

Usual boiler servicing is £45 plus Vat @17.5%

But if you live on the St Georges Estate i'll Only charge £40 plus Vat

And if you book your service to be carried out at the same time as your neighbour ill do both for £35 plus Vat!!

I guess there must be quite a few houses on St Georges which were fitted out with the same brass door handles as ours - scroll style, beaded edge.

We've been through and swapped everything to nickel finish, so if anyone needs any spares (or indeed, the entire box full), get in touch. There's three external doors worth and about twenty internal doors worth. All handles, striker plates, hinges, latches, etc. are there, ...
